Speaker group no longer works

My speaker group with two minis no longer plays to both speakers. I tried deleting the speaker group and re-adding it, resetting both speakers (google minis) countless times. I set them up again, make sure they are on the same network and that they are connected to Home. I can play either one independently, but the speaker group with the two speakers doesn't work. I try by voice saying "hey google play xxxxx to Uranus (speaker group name)" and Google says ok, but it only plays to one speaker. Same if I try to cast to my speaker group within Pandora. And they will play to different speakers.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

One of your support specialists was working on this with me, but he couldn't solve the issue. he did say he was going to escalate the issue higher, but I never heard back.
