Custom Activation word and more voices

"Hey Google" and "Ok Google" are great and all, but the company that has pushed innovation for years wont allow me to customize my activation word?

Come on man!

We need some more options when it comes to voices as well. I have 127 devices in my home that are Assistant compatible and it is boring having the basic wake sentence.
