I had a notification that my subscription was due for a Nest doorbell and another camera late last year. Unfortunately I have been in Australia since January and they wouldn’t let me pay from there and I cannot now access a full service. I have tried everywhere on line to pay but cannot find a way to do it. I am still on the older Nest system not Google. It’s ridiculous they don’t want me to renew, so now I shall have to change to the Ring doorbell! Please help

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below. They say this will "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
