Hi,
My cameras all used to stream to my phone and chrome casts in my tvs. Now they no longer do.
They all show up in the app, and say connecting but don't.
I have tried unlinking and relinking my swann account.
Anyone else having this or solved it?

I know how convenient it is to be able to stream your Swann camera on your TV and phone. To confirm, do you have a Google Home/Nest device? Are you able to stream the camera from the native app? Are you casting it from your phone to TV?

Hi,
I have a chromecast in the TV. The Swann app works fine. I used to be able to view the feed on the Google home app, and say "Hey Google, stream driveway to living room tv" and the fees would show up on the TV. Now neither of these things happen

What Google Nest device you're using in streaming your Swann camera to your Chromecast? Have you tried rebooting your device together with your router to refresh the connection?

Yes they have both been rebooted and no change. Sorry I don't understand what you mean what nest device am I using, unless you mean the chromecast?

Hi,
Sorry not sure how to make it much clearer than what I have already said. I use a chromecast in the tvs and a Samsung android phone, or nest mini speakers. And the cameras no longer stream on to the TV when I ask google to show them. Also now the TV won't turn on when I ask Google to turn it on now either. I'm getting rather disillusioned with Google to be honest.

I have the same issue my Swann buddy won't display on my Google home app or on Google nest hub gen 2. Still works on the Swann app

To confirm, are you getting an error message when streaming your camera via voice command? What are the troubleshooting steps that you've tried? Also, have you check with Swann support if they receive similar issues?

I have rebooted the router, the camera and the Google nest. It comes up with camera unavailable, live video unavailable

To confirm, do you have other smart cameras working on your Nest Hub? Could you try resetting your Nest Hub, then check if you will have the same issue when streaming the camera. Also, have you checked with Swann support if they are receiving similar reports?
