Google Home App won’t let me pause my tv devicesanymore

The app stopped allowing me to pause the tvs connected to my WiFi today. It worked fine until tonight when I was trying to pause for my kid’s bedtime and nothing happens anymore.

A few questions: are you casting to your TV using Google Home or Google Nest speaker? Are you trying to pause the content using your Google Home app or trying to pause your internet connection? If it's the latter, try these steps:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap Wi-Fi >  Family Wi-Fi > Add > Schedule.
3. Give a schedule a name.
4. Select a group > tap Next.
5. Select a start time, end time, and on which days the scheduled pause to happen.
6. Tap Done.
