I have several speakers that are connected to the same network
Among the devices I also have a broadlink rm4 pro device
I turned on a converter with channels.
The command is "channel 55 on control"
control=converter with channels
Everything worked fine
Lately when I say "channel 55 on control " to Google Nest Audio
The answer I get is: sorry i have no information about that
When I say " next channel on control" everything is fine

With google nest max hub everything works fine
when I say "channel 55 on control"

Hi ofir,

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. Since Google Nest Hub Max can control the TV just fine, let’s troubleshoot your Google Nest Audio.

  • Unplug the power cord from your Google Nest Audio for a minute > Plug back in.
  • Voice command Google Nest Audio: “Sync my devices”.
  • Try to control the TV again. If the issue persists;
  • Open the Google Home app > Devices tab > Tap on Google Nest Audio > Remove device > Remove.
  • On the Devices tab, scroll down to Other cast/Local devices > Tap on Google Nest Audio > Add to a room > Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Give it another test command.

Let me know how it goes.

Kind regards,
Alex

I did a nest audio factory reset and then reconfigured the device
It still didn't help.
Not bad hope it goes back to working as it was
In the meantime, I ask Alexa to transfer to a certain station

Hi there,

Strange. Kindly provide the firmware version of your Google Nest Audio device. Open the Google Home app > Devices tab > Choose your Google Nest Audio > Settings > Device information. At the bottom is its Cast firmware.

Best,
Alex
