Sorry to hear about your app connectivity issues! That is definitely a frustrating problem to have. Let's try and fix this together. 
 
Can you clarify a few details for me? 
  • Are you doing a fresh install of your Nest thermostat? 
  • Which model of thermostat do you have? (Nest Thermostat, E, or Learning) 
  • Are there any error messages you see on the display or the app when trying to connect? 
  • Is this an inherited device from a previous user or a new device out of the box? (Sometimes, a former user's credentials are stored in Google's cloud storage, and can prevent your device from connecting.)
