Trouble connecting to Nest Service

Nest app has not loaded for 3 days now. Prompts to log in but never connects.

Hi folks,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Are you both using Android or iOS? What is the exact message that you are getting from the Nest app? Also, what steps have you taken so far?

 

You can reinstall the app and observe if it makes a difference. Using another phone can also help isolate this.
