Turn On and Off Do Not Disturb with Automations doesn't work

Good Day,

I've searched and searched but cannot find an answer.  Using my Google Home app on my android phone, I have an automation called "bedtime."  It includes turning ON "Do Not Disturb" on my Google Pixel 6 Pro.  Several weeks ago, it stopped working, with my Nest Display announcing, "Sorry, I can't find any devices to turn on Do Not Disturb."  Everything is on the same network, and "Find My Phone" from any of my Nest and Google Hubs works well.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance, and have a great day.

@MikeClark, thanks for trying to help.

@ChuckTipton, I want to check if your Google Nest Hub is still unable to turn on Do Not Disturb on your Google Pixel 6 Pro during your bedtime routine. Toggle your routine off and on to see if that helps. You might also try removing and adding this action to your automation.

Thanks, @MikeClark all of these were already set, I appreciate you trying to help!  @LovelyM no, the routine does not work, either turning on or off Do Not Disturb.  I have tried removing and adding, toggling the routine, and moving the action up in the order of the routine.  Any additional ideas are appreciated, thank you.

Hello ChuckTipton, 

Ensure that your Google Pixel 6 Pro is up-to-date and check all Google applications installed to make sure they're updated to the latest version. Power cycle your phone and see if your routine is still unable to control Do Not Disturb.

Hello @LovelyM ,

Thanks for the response, the Pixel 6 Pro is completely up to date, and I did check all Google applications, and they are all at the latest versions.  No updates are available for any of the platforms.  The phone and the Nest Hubs have been power cycled, as well as the Google Mesh hubs and the ISP's modem.  Still unable to control Do Not Disturb.  Any additional ideas are appreciated, thanks in advance.

I just want to check if you have already tried creating a custom routine with this action. If not, please go ahead and do so and let me know how it goes.

Can you be a bit more specific, please?  Under "Automations" In the new Google Home meny, this is listed as a "Personal Routine."  It's triggered by starters called "Good Morning," "Tell Me About My Day," and "I'm Up."  It has 14 devices that are called by the Routine, including my Nest Thermostat, several lights, and plus, tells me the news, the weather, and my calendar.  Additionally, it tells me about any reminders and of course Turning on Do Not Disturb on Android Devices.  Are you inferring that this Routine is not custom, and I need to build a new one?  Thanks for the clarification.

Hi there ChuckTipton, 

Sorry for the confusion. It seems like this action is under the Ready-made routine. For now, please create a new routine with this action. You can also try adding an action in "Try adding your own" and type in "turn on/off Do Not Disturb on Android devices" and tell me if this works.

Hi Lovely,

I created a new automation that included turning on the Do Not Disturb, the entire automation would not work, including the Do Not Disturb Setting.  I turned off the old Automation.  Any other ideas?  Thanks again for your help.
