Tuya thermostate supported by iPhone G Home app not by Android G Home app

I found that the Tuya alarm / thermostat device ("Siren") does not show the temperature in the Google Home app on my Pixel. On the contrary, it works properly on the Google Home iPhone app (same home, same network, same device). How come? Is it a settings problem?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.
 

Looking at the 2 photos attached, I noticed that they are logged into different accounts (based on the account photo) and home structures. Let’s make sure that the Google Home app on your Pixel phone is using the same email address as the iPhone and is in the "Casa" home.

Thanks for clarifying the details. To further isolate this, is the account linked to the “Casa” home the primary account used to set up the Tuya thermostat? If yes, try to log in that account on the Pixel phone and see if the temperature will show.

Both Pixel and Tuya account are registered with the same account. So in the Pixel Home app I logged in with the same email that I've used to set up the Tuya account and device. iPhone has a different email and doesn't have the Tuya app installed at all

Apologies for the confusion. What we’re trying to do is isolate if the issue has something to do with the Google Home account or not. Since the account logged into the iPhone shows the temperature in the Google Home app, try to log in that account to your Pixel phone. Once logged in, check if the Pixel phone can show the temperature. Let me know how it goes.

Nope. I've logged in with the other Google Account (V) but it's still impossibile to wiew the temperature on the Home app of Pixel 6a.
