Has anyone else experienced an issue when converting from Nest Home Plus Subscription (60 day event history and 10 day 24/7 camera recording) to the new Google Home Premium subscription?
It told me when I made the switch that I would first be subscribed to Google Home Premium Standard (30 Day event history only) and then I could "add" a Google Home Premium Advanced addon to my Subscription that would upgrade me back to the 60 day event history and 10 Day 24/7 recording.
When I click the "view add-on" button within the Google Home Subscription Area, it brings me to a web page that says "that offer is unavailable".
Going to Google One Homepage directly also offers no help, there's no obvious location or reference on the page on how to add "Google Home Premium Advanced" to my subscription.
Anyone else had this issue? What did you do? I've been going back and forth with Google One Tech support for the better part of a month now and still no resolution.
Thanks in advance!

So reading in another thread and from contacting support, they informed me that you can only have one add-on at a time on your Google One subscription... I had YouTube premium addon so I had to cancel it, wait for it to go off my account, then add Google home premium advanced addon (you have to because there's no other stand alone subscription), then I'll subscribe to YouTube premium stand alone directly from YouTube

I'm in the same boat! Chat has not offered any resolution so far

That is such an awful solution. I hope they get this fixed soon. Just cancelled YouTube Premium, we'll see if this works.
