Unable to add person to home

Hello, I don't have any members in my google home except me, but when I try to send an invite the next bottom does not do anything, I am sending to another Gmail user, I uninstalled google home app and reinstalled still not working, any thoughts

Is your or the other person's accounts G suite accounts?
