My husband setup a few of our Google Devices under his account. Specifically our office display hub. I removed the device from his account. But when I open the home app on my account I can't detect this hub. When I open my husband's home app, it sets up perfectly fine. How can I remove this "ghost device" so that I can move it over to my account with the rest of our devices? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out.
You can reset your Google Nest Hub to delete all accounts or data linked to it when your husband sets it up. Once its back to it's default settings, you can set it up using your mobile phone and account.
