Unable to download google home app on my android phone

I got google nest mini which requires Google Home APP to be installed on a phone. I have been trying to Install past 3 days but it is stuck. My android phone (version 12) has close to 3gb free space. Wifi connection has 174mbps download speed.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on. 

A few questions: are you getting any message when you're installing the Google Home app or is it stuck in the loading screen? Also, is it only happening with the Google Home app? 

Try these steps:

• Make sure your Google Play Services and Google App are updated.
• Reboot your phone.
• Check if there's an available software update on your phone settings.
• Try using a different phone to see if you'll get the same result.
