I have an old offline thermostat that was connected through third-party services still on my Google Home app after 2 years of not using. I’m unable to click Unlink from Honeywell because it is greyed out when I open the thermostat in the app. I would like to have this removed because it is cluttering up my Google Home app.

Hi ragonz13,
Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I’m sorry to know you’re unable to remove an old Honeywell thermostat from the Google Home app. Don’t worry; it’s a pleasure to assist you.
Regarding this situation, try to create a new home structure and move your devices by following the next steps:
Open the Google Home app.
Tap Settings and then Add +.
Select Home.
Follow the on-screen steps.
If you need more information about how to organize your devices, check out this article: Share a home and devices in the Google Home app.
Let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Daniel

I have the same problem trying to remove a TV which I sold and therefor not available in the network anymore. By following your steps creating a second Home2 at the same home address, it still shows all devices including the not available TV. Did I miss some instructions?
