I bought used Google nest hub max from someone today. When i try to set this up it shows this error message "This nest hub max is connected another account or home".
I have done factory reset multiple times. But no use. please help.

If it is still not working, the only thing you can do is call google and verify your identity with the account then ask them to remove the account from the device.

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately I called a little over a week ago and tried but there was no luck. Google Help filed a ticket ID to our senior tech regarding my case, but still no word.
