HelloI bought used Google nest hub max from someone today. When i try to
set this up it shows this error message "This nest hub max is connected
another account or home".I have done factory reset multiple times. But
no use. please help.
Hello JoshuaIf it is still not working, the only thing you can do is
call google and verify your identity with the account then ask them to
remove the account from the device.I hope your Question is Answered.

Hi EdwardTThanks for taking time to look at it. My issue has been
resolved. Previous owner called on google customer service and deleted
his account from this device. It working perfectly now.
