In Google Home, I am seeing devices listed from a previous Home account that has been removed. When I click on one of the devices, it prompts me to unlink VeSync. When I click the "unlink" button, it doesn't show an active account with VeSync. It's not even installed on my phone. Would anyone know why are the devices still appearing, how I can get them unlinked, or if this is an issue I should be concerned about?

Hi @bhawks39,
Thanks for posting in the community. I understand you're seeing devices from a previously removed Home account still listed in your Google Home app, and that attempting to unlink them leads to a prompt for a VeSync account you don't even have installed. Let's work together for a solution.
Let's try to figure out why these devices are still appearing and how we can get them unlinked. This typically points to a synchronization issue where the app's cached data or a lingering integration link hasn't fully cleared after the previous Home was removed.
Refresh Google Home App Data:
Check Linked Services in Google Account Settings: Sometimes, even if a Home is removed, the link to a partner service might still exist in your broader Google Account settings.
Try Unlinking Again After Refresh: After performing the app data refresh (or reinstall), try clicking on one of those phantom devices in the Google Home app again and see if the "unlink" process behaves differently.
To help me understand this further, could you tell me
Please try the steps above, especially clearing the app's data or reinstalling, and let me know if those devices are still listed.
Regards,
Kevin
