Intermittent wifi connection problems. The app shows offline but the thermostat shows connected. Google nest support blamed my internet provider. Comcast came out and found absolutely nothing wrong. Internet stability is perfect. This has to be a software issue caused by a recent update. I am so frustrated with this problem I am fixing to switch to Honeywell if customer support doesn't figure something out. I am irratated that my 200+ doller thermostat is not working.
