Why did it take a dozen tries to sign into my account online? Sign in with Google sucks.

Question describes it all. I click on “sign in with Google” it takes me back to the first sign in page, which takes me back to sign in with Google, try sign in with Nest, back to sign in with Google. This is ridiculous.

I'm sorry to hear that the Nest app is giving you some login issues, I know those can be a pain. I'd be happy to help you out, I'll just need to ask you some questions to better understand the situation:

When did this issue start happening?

Does this issue occur on just the app or the website as well?

What I would suggest for now is checking out this article on troubleshooting Nest sign-in issues, specifically the section on "Trouble signing in with Google".
