Why does the app show my routers are offline, but when I look at the individually, they show connect

Hey Jsheeley52,

 

Thanks for reaching and we're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you.

 

Try these steps:

 

  • Reinstall your Google Home app.
  • Reboot your network for 2 minutes by unplugging your router for 2-3 minutes.
  • Try toggling the cloud services using these steps:
  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi >  Settings.
  3. Tap Privacy Settings.
  4. Toggle Nest Wifi cloud services on or off, then tap Save.

If the issue persists, try using a different phone to see if you'll get the same result.
