Tv with google assistance problem

I have a Hisense tv with Google assistance. I have google home app for other devices. I added tv to home app but it is now greyed out and says off line. I try to unlink device but it says only owners can unlink. How do I unlink it.

Google home does not have wifi icon

My google home app does not show the wifi icon. This is infuriating because google got rid of the google wifi app. I loved that app, this is horrible. I have read nothing on the forums that has helped!! I need help ASAP.
