I have a Google Nest Hub Gen 2 that has 4 radio alarms set. I can see all the radio alarms on the device itself but when I go to the iOS or iPadOS Google Home app and go to the Alarms and timers settings page, the page will try and load and then freeze. You cannot interact with the app and you need to force close it.
Has anyone else experienced this or has had issues accessing the Alarms & timers settings page when there is more than 4 alarms? If I have 2 alarms the settings page loads fine but when I start adding more it just fails to load. I contacted support but they have been completely unhelpful; I have been able to reliably reproduce this issue and have even sent a video to support showing them how to reproduce it but they have gone radio silent on me for the past week.
If anyone knows how to resolve this or has a workaround to show the alarms in the app again that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey RealKocho,
That certainly hasn’t been easy for you, let’s check what’s going on.
What phone are you using? Are your alarms still triggering even though it's not showing on your Google Home app. Have you tried using a different phone? Could you try clearing the cache and data of your Google Home app then, reinstalling it?
Keep me posted!
Thanks,
Alex
