Hi, We have a customer who has multiple stores. Each store had the need for a different number of cameras. When we filled up one account with the various stores we would create a new account then add stores to that account till we ran out of space for adding more stores so a 3rd account was created and filled up. Over the years the customer closed down many stores so now what we have are 3 separate accounts with different emails for each account but they only have a few cameras on each account. Client would like to combine the 3 accounts into just 1. What im thinking is we would have to set the cameras up again at the stores so 2 accounts can merge into 1 however these stores are all over the place and they prefer not paying us to travel to each store to do this. So is there some way we can combine the 3 accounts into 1 without having to remove from the accounts. Plug the camera into a laptop. Join the camera to the account were merging the other 2 accounts to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Joe.
No, there's no way to do that unfortunately. To move a camera to a different account, you would need to factory reset it and set it up again up with the new account. Setup requires you to physically be with the camera.
