Nest Hello Doorbell not connecting error NC017(3.3)

I just purchased the Nest Hello Doorbell (wired) and the doorbell and wiring works fine but I can't connect to the Nest App - it starts to set up the doorbell but then stops and I get and error code of NC017(3.3) - I have restarted my router/internet, wifi extender, the doorbell itself, deleted and reinstalled the Nest App.... but it won't connect to stream video. 

I have the thermostat and an indoor camera that both work just fine and were easy to connect. I can't move a wired thermostat closer to a wired doorbell - I tried moving my camera closer to it - but still couldn't add it to my account.

No problem thanks for the reply - I’ve installed it but it keeps dinging every now and then, one ding - I’ve turned off notifications but it’s still doing this - any idea why ? Thanks

I would suggest that you try to restart them again, and if that doesn't work then Factory Reset it. See if that does the trick.
