It keeps on saying problem connecting to cloud. every time I press “try again” it does not work it just goes back to the same exact thing. somebody please tell me why this is happening.
Edit: please tell me how to fix this.

I just purchased several Nest Cam with battery units. In the Google Home setup I also get to the setup of a Nest network and get the "problem connecting to the cloud error". "try again" does not work. Nothing works. Cannot even install or get the camera working. Yes - internet working fine. All rebooted. No problems with the network. It's a Google Nest problem. Please advise.
