I don’t have a QR code or 8 digit code for my Google Nest mini? 
I threw the original box away & my Nest doesn’t  have any attached QR code on it.

Is it useless now?

Will any Google Nest Mini code that I may find somewhere work for my Nest mini as well? 
Can someone send an 8 digit cord or tell me when I can find it online?

I saw a posting from a Google Nest Community Specialist saying we could contact Google Nest Support with the serial number printed on our device, and Support could then provide the QR code. I don't know if that is true or not, but the link to reach Support is: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en

This problem with missing QR codes keeps coming up in this forum. Google Nest should really enclose a document in each package labeled "SAVE THIS" that has the QR code and serial number for the Google Nest device.
