WiFi Migration

I've loaded the Goggle Home App and tried several times to add my Google Nest.  The Home App doesn't find my device.  I'm frustrated since I don't know why it isn't finding it since it's up and running great.  I loaded Nest just to iif it could find it and it found it and everything else!  Any ideas on what's wrong?
