I am trying to connect a nest mini to my child's account in the family link so and keep getting nest that wifi is not connected. WiFi is connected on both my phone and the nest, we are on the same network and still getting this message. I found a similar thread in here and I have taken all actions from it ( clear cache, installed and reinstalled updates on Google app) but still getting the same message. I'm ready to throw it out, it's so frustrating! Please help
