The settings on the NEST will not give me the key, and say this devise already connected to an account. I just need to set up the thermostat to my new phone and it will not let me. In addition I am the Primary on the account and the thermostat is not adjusting the heater properly, it is turning off/on at all kinds of different times and not staying consistent with the forced air.
