Workday Routine is invisible

I recently wanted to make some changes to my workday routine and thought I turned it off so it wouldn't run while I figured out some changing work schedules. Now it no longer shows in the Home app at all. However, it still runs on my Google Home. I thought maybe I deleted it (but I thought you couldn't) and that my Google Home was just stuck. I've tried syncing all devices, but it tells me "One or more devices is unavailable." even though I can use all 3 of them, and they respond fine. I've tried clearing the cache, and factory reset the home device that it was using, but now I get an error message on my phone saying that the routine doesn't have access to the designated speaker. What else can I do?

Same thing happened to me. I turned off my workday routine as I was on a holiday and now it is invisible and I don't know how to get it back.

Same problem and I can't find anything on the issue honestly I'm done with Google products after this the routine keeps playing and I can't stop it I can't change it. The only solution I can think of is taking out all of my Google devices and switching to Alexa.

So, I'm not sure what kicked in, but my Google Home app went through an update, and now I can see and edit all of the routines again (including workday).

Hey folks,

Thanks for reaching out. I know how important the workday routine is. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: what country are you located in? What is the make and model of your phone? What is the version of your Google Home app? Have you tried using a different phone/tablet?

Please uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app to make sure you have the updated app version.

Cheers,

Muddi
