Workday routine is unavailable in Google Home App

Workday routine in Google Home App is unavailable when enabled. It clearly still starts the very first action in the routine and then does nothing for the rest of it. App version is 3.1.1.15, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my Google Pixel 6 Pro and that has resulted in no changes to the workday routine.

Sure do you need my address so you can send me a phone to use or do you just assume that people keep multiple phones on hand to troubleshoot your busted services?
