Hi,
I am trying for a while to connect my Wulian smart home to my Google home speaker but the devices always show as offline.
I try to unlink and line again
I try to delete my home and start all over
Can you please help me understand the problem and solve it?

Hey there,
Thanks for the update. Additional questions, when the status of your devices are offline on the Google Home app, can you still control them using your speakers? Are you using a private home network? If so, do you have a dual-band router? Reinstalling your Google Home app might work too.

Hi,
I can control them using google assistant on my phone but google home speaker is not working.
I am using tri-band Veloop Linksys mesh router, I tried to uninstall and reinstall again but still, the google home app and still have the same problem.

Done today, it seems now that the speaker is working and accepting the commands the only issue that is left is that all smart home switches still appear offline on the cell phone app.

Hi natantom,
Please make sure that the mobile data on your phone is disabled. Have you tried using a different phone to see if you have the same issue? Also, are you using a dual-band router?

When I make my mobile data disabled I still have the same problem, I am using Tri-band mesh Linksys Veloop router.
I also tried on another cellphone still offline.

I get the message that "something went wrong while syncing Smartthings. SM-G 988B isn't available, you might want to try setting it up again"
SMG 988 is my previous phone and the one I used yesterday to see if the google home app works with my other phone.

Hi natantom,
Thanks for trying. Can you list down all the devices connected to your Google Nest speakers? Also, let's perform a complete reboot on your Google Nest devices, Wulian and router by simply unplugging it from the power source for at least a few minutes to refresh its network settings.
Let me know if this step works.

Hi,
I tried the restart you suggested, still the same, when I open the home app all smart home items are marked as offline.
Regarding the list you requested: I have an app. 110 wulian smart home devices which mainly include light switches and curtains
In addition to the wulian smart home, I have a few Samsung TVs and Roomba - all of them connected and working.
