can't log in to my account from my laptop

I keep trying to log in to my laptop to view my camera footage and it tells me my password is wrong.   When I say forgot password, it won't send me the reset link.

I understand that you're having trouble signing into your Nest account. I'm here to help you get back online. Just to check: are you still logged in to the Nest app on your phone? Have you migrated your account to Google? If yes, did you select sign with Google option on the web app?
