I cannot login to my Nest home app, I haven't migrated my account to the google option and when I try the forgot my password link I never get an email to reset my password... I need assistance and it's super frustrating not being able to get someone to help through google...

Are you absolutely sure you are using the correct email? The most likely reason for not receiving a reset password email is if you are using an email address that is not registered with Google Nest.
