I am trying to getinto my googlehome app and cannot get past the choose account page, it will not let me choose an account

HI @lkitelinger 

Try rebooting your phone (if that is what you are using) and make sure the phone is logged into the Google account you use for the Google Home app.

Let us know if that helps.

I DID REBOOT MY PHONE AND I FACTORY RESET THE GOOGLE NEST CUZ THE PERSON THAT SET IT UP IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE NEST ANY MORE. HE SAID HE REMOVED HIS INFO FROM THE ACCOUNT. I HIT THE HOME APP BUTTON AND IT DOES THIS: WELCOME HOME GET STARTED I HIT THAT BUTTON THE CHOOSE ACCOUT SCREEN APPEARS AND IT WILL NOT LET ME HIT OK. THATS WHERE IM STUCK AT. NEED HELP????

The other person hasn't removed the device from their account. Have them remove it from Nest, Google Home apps.

lkitelinger, checking back in if you still need help with this. If so, try clearing the cache and data of your Google Home app then, reinstall it. Also, make sure you're using a regular Google Account.
