Not being able to get the most out of your smart home devices because you can’t log in to your account can be frustrating; don’t worry, help’s here.
If you have forgotten your account password, follow the steps in this article about how to recover your Google account or Gmail. Note that you’ll need to answer some questions to confirm it’s your account; at the very end, you’ll be prompted to create another password.
In case you’ve forgotten your email address, you’ll need a phone number or the recovery email address for the account, alongside the full name registered to your account.
