iPhone not syncing

When I sync my devices using a google home it says, “Syncing devices for 5 providers. iPhone’s iPhone is not available right now. You might want to try setting that up again.”

What’s the issue? Can anyone help?

Is your iPhone connected to your Google Home like Bluetooth connection? Also, do you have some issues controlling your Google Home? Tell us more, we'd love to help.

Are you using the same iPhone when you set up your Google Home before? Have you tried uninstalling your Google Home app? Also, checking for system updates on your phone might help too.

I have a new iPhone since setting up my google home since 2018. I have tried uninstalling the app and I have no updates pending.

Thanks for the update. Could you try resetting your Google Home device to its default settings? If the issue persists, please provide the cast firmware version of your Google Home, iOS version of your iPhone and Google Home app version.

Hey BSHawker07,

 

You can reset just one of your Google Home to test. Once done, try syncing your device again using the same device that you reset.
