kGSKError domain -83905

Hi everyone, I'm having issues with trying to set up my new nest.
I've downloaded google home to my iphone without issue. connected to wifi ok, nest says its connected to wifi.
When looking at the app on my phone I can see the "living room" nest under local devices, but it wants me to "link device" when I click on that, it asks me where it is, I put in living room, click NEXT, then "set up google assistant appears" click NEXT and after a few seconds I get

"The operation couldn't be completed (kGSKError domain -83905.)"
This has happened 5 times now, it doesn't make a difference if i change where the nest is "located" ie change it from living room to office.
Nest has direct line of sight to the wifi modem as does my phone, it's not an internet issue.

iphone 6s running on 15.7.2

ahhh, saw a question asking about business/home accounts, so opened up a new home google account and used that instead. success!

Unfortunately it keeps saying that it doesn't recognise my voice despite my setting up voice recognition multiple times. Suspect I'll be sending nest back

Hi Jacqueline1,

 

Thanks for the response, sorry that you are experiencing that issue. Which Nest speaker are we working with? What is the exact message that you are getting when you try to ask for personal information? You can do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speaker/ display for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.
