lg thinkq and google home can't link

as it is not related to UAE or other countries, i'm in italy and i experience exatly the same issue, you just need to search the error and you can see hundreads of users saying the same

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues linking your LG ThinQ TV to the Google Home app. A few questions: is this the first time that you're connecting your TV to the Google Home app? Have you set up the device from the native app? What is the specific model of your TV? Also, what message are you getting when linking your TV to the Google Home app?
