nest yale lock does not connect to nest hub

Nest yale lock does not connect to nest anymore.

tried factory reset and also removed all devices and reinstalled .

It was working before but now does not work

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. This sounds quite inconvenient for you, and I am terribly sorry to hear that. I would love to assist you with this issue any way I can. 

• Have there been any changes to your account, or to the wifi that your devices are connected too?
• Did you get a new phone?
• Did you migrate over to Google Home?

Once I have more information we can look into some options for you. I look forward to your response.
