not receiving password rest email from nest

I should have at least 20 emails from Nest with the amount of times I have requested an email to reset my password.  For some odd reason my password does not work anymore.  I am locked out of the app.  Tried my computer and still the same issue.  How do I get the email?  It is not in my spam/junk or trash folders.  I need help!!!!  Going to the "Contact Us" link is a bust.  It is a continuous loop and you never get to the "contact" tab.  Google is doing everything they can not to help us.  As in many other posts NO ONE IS RECEIVING THE RESET EMAILS!!!!!!!!!  TECHNOLOGY IS WHAT YOU DO.  FIX IT!!!!!!!

The most likely reason for not receiving a password reset email from Google Nest is that you are somehow inadvertently using an email account different from the one you were previously using, and Google Nest cannot send you a password reset email because that email account is not in their database.

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".

5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I don't know if this is helpfull to you, but I did use my google account to log in into Google home. I know there was a nest account before google home was launched and I saw a message to switch to google home, no idea if you did make the switch to Google home. But personally, I would use my google account for logging in into google home.
