I am not able to invite my Mom to a Google Home, though she has a perfectly fine and active Google Account. I get the message "Can't send invite right now" no matter how many times I try.
She previously had access, but had forgotten how to use it, so I removed her and then tried to add her back. It's the adding her back that is not working. The Google Home is currently shared with five people, including me.
Can someone please suggest some things to try? Thank you.

Hi Debora. Thank you very much for replying.
I am able to add my Mom to a different Home. I am not able to add my sister to the Home I'm trying to add my Mom to. So it's something to do with the Home and not with my Mom. There used to be a limit of six people. There are only five with access, but maybe it is still counting my Mom even though she was removed. I don't know. If you can help me figure this out, I would appreciate it!
