Hi,
Yesterday, my smartlife and tuya smart devices we no longer connected to my google home. The devices now appear offline through the Google Home app, but are usable through either the smartlife of tuya smart apps. I have removed devices and rejoined them, removed the account linking and tried relinking, logged out and logged back in.
I can see the devices in my Google Home app but they are offiline.
I have also tried saying "sync my devices" however it says only the person with the account who set them up can do this. As that is me and my account, i am at a loss of what more to do.
Please help!

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. A few questions: were there any recent changes made before it started? Did you set up a voice match? Do you have other home members added to the app? Make sure all accounts are not linked to Tuya.
Keep me posted.
Regards
Juni

Hi Juni,
Thanks for coming back to me. There were a few changes made at that time, the first for some time.
1) We added a new account for a heater
2) I tried to reconnect a tuya light switch to the account. This is really the only new Tuya service and is accessed by my daughter as well. There Google Home device did not seem to be originally connected to our home network so i needed to set that up, and then tried to connect her light switch to that as well. This is probably the culprit.

Hello logier,
Thanks for sharing that information. I want to confirm that your daughter has her own Google Home account. If yes, check if Tuya is linked to her account. Unlink it, and then try linking it again in your Google Home account. If the issue persists, try taking the following steps:
Let me know how it goes.
Warmly,
Alex

Hi Alex
Thank you for your help. I have followed the steps you provided and get the following:
"No compatible devices were found in your Tuya Smart Account:
You may need to set up these devices with Tuya Smart First. If you have already set up devices, they may not support good home. In other cases, devices man not be available due to temporary error. Please wait a few minutes and try again"
This is the same issue as before following the process. I know my devices are connected to Tuya as i can control them from the Tuya app, hence why it feels like an integration issue between google and Tuya as you are currently investigating.

Ok, so i got on to Tuya and they walked me through it. Their support was pretty good, so Kudos to them.
Within the google app, follow the steps from Alex S above.
Go in to your Smart Life or Tuya application --> click "me" in bottom right corner --> settings (top right) --> Account and Security. Once in there, click on google assistant and "unauthorise".
You should now be fully decoupled.
Now, go through and relink your Tuya/ Smart Life account in Google Home. It should now find all of your devices and bring them in to Google Home, most with the same settings as we in place originally.
If this doesnt work, go to tuya support and get on the chat, found them highly useful.
Thanks for the advice team, great to know there is support out there for this. Its a kind of clunky experience but i do love the outcomes once going well!

mam to samo - odłączyłem konto bo mi dwa urządzenia przestały działać - próba podłączenia ponowna nie udana komunikat jak wyżej "No Compatible Devices were found in your Tuya Smart Account" - czyszczenie pamięci nic nie daje, reinstalacja programów również - mówiąc wprost dupa blada

I have the same problem. We got back from a few days away and all Tuya devices were offline in Google Home. They are all present and operable in the Tuya app but remain offline in Google Home. I've tried unlinking Google Home in Tuya app then re-linking but still Google home fails to see the devices. Help!!

This worked for me but I have duplicated everything. Something similar happened before and had to move devices to a 'Zombie' room.

Hi CiaranC,
Thanks for the update. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Home app? If not, give it a try and then command Google Assistant to “Sync my devices." If you have a household member and you are the primary account set up in your home, remove and re-invite your members. Let me know how it goes.
Warm regards,
Alex
