I'm trying to add my wife to the Home app so she control Nest features, etc. I get the above message. She has a yahoo email address, is that the problem? I'm not using Gsuite and have read through all other similar threads. Thanks for your help!! M
Google Nest requires a Google gmail account, but for some strange reason Google Nest's error message says "cannot send invitation at the moment" rather than "a Google gmail account is required".
