"sorry light is not available right now" and shows Offline in the home app

hello, I have a brand new Google nest mini.  connected to 2.4Ghz wifi successfully, my lights are connected to the Tuya app and work fine from there.  linked it in the home app and used credentials to link it.  says it was successful but when i say turn on table light it says table light is not responding and the device shows as offline. 

started from scratch 3 times, rebooted everything (nest mini, lights, phone apps) , including router.    i have internet as it tells me the weather when asked.  

 

what to do next?

Hi eagleman,

Please try saying "Hey Google, sync devices" to your Nest mini and let us know if this helps or not.

Hi, Cathal_S, did that, says ok syncing for tuya smart.  same problem. says  "looks like the table light is not available right now"

Hey folks,

 

Our team is aware of this and should be resolved now. Give rebooting your Nest Mini and Tuya devices a try to see if that helps. If the issue persists, try relinking your Tuya app on your Google Home app.
