unable to log in

Unable to log in through either app or website. When I click reset password it indicates that email will be sent with instructions for changing password but the email never arrives.

Hey patrickfabrizio, 

 

Sorry for the delay and also to hear that you're unable to reset the password of your Nest account. I want to dig deeper into this. 

 

A few questions — are you signing into your Nest app using the "Sign in with Google" option or the "Sign in with Nest" one? Have you tried checking your inbox's spam or junk folder? Also, is your Nest account a Gmail address? 

 

Tell me more so I could look into it.
