2 Nest Hello's (Front Door and Back), with 2 Chimes (one for main level, and one for basement)

I am having difficulty with my Nest Hello's. I Thought I had them hooked up correctly as best as I could tell from a diagram I found showing 2 Hello's with 1 chime, but my 2nd chime was not working.....and my Front Door bell didnt want to work. Then the Rear one stopped working as well. I've been unable to locate a wiring diagram of any kind that indicates how this setup should be wired. Is one available anywhere?

Regards,

Montelle

Homes with 2 chimes frequently have them wired in series (with the first chime feeding the second chime), so your "chime connectors" need to be connected to the first chime in the series (the chime directly connected to your doorbells).

The diagram on this thread shows how to wire the "chime connector for one doorbell to the first chime in the series (with the first chime feeding the second):

If your chimes are wired in series, then you should have both "chime connectors" connected to the first chime, as shown in the diagram on this thread:

https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/I-would-like-to-add-an-additional-nest-...

If your two chimes are wired in parallel, then you'll need to figure out where the parallel connections are that go to both chimes, and connect your "chime connectors" there. (This thread shows a customer dealing with chimes wired in parallel: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/2-Indoor-Chimes-with-1-Nest-Hello/m-p/1....)

Also, with 2 Nest Hellos, you want to make sure your transformer has sufficient power. When we added a second Nest Hello, we had to upgrade to a 15V 30VA transformer. Here are Google Nest's stated requirements:
