2 of my camera s suddenly went off line

They’ve been off an hour and a half and never come back home

I have three more they re ok

They are wired, and I have no idea what to do. Except  look at the phone app. They are on the upper part of my house way up high near food you can’t just reset them.

Have you tried shutting off the power to them for a couple of minutes and powerring them back up? For this, you would need to shut the breaker that feeds power to them.

How do I do that? They are very high up on the ends of the house

They’re hard wired

Yes, but the power that feed the cameras does come from your electrical circuits box which is located somewhere in your house. Locate your electrical box and close the circuit breaker for the cameras for a couple of minutes. Then, after a minute or so, put your circuit breaker back on and see if that resolves your problem when the cameras come back on and reconnect to your wifi.

Or rather I should call it the electrical panel instead of an electrical box.

There’s a problem I called the man who put it in it’s wired into the garage breaker all the lights in the garage or OK it’s just the cameras

I think the roof may not something loose because the wire goes across the house so the cameras that are on the sides of the house

So sure the roof and try to trace the wire or did the cameras come unplugged ? Is there a way to get on the ladder and see?

I'm sorry, I do not understand what you are writing.

If you do not know which breaker controls the electricity to the cameras and can't find out, just trip the main breaker to your whole house. This is a drastic remedy but it will indeed shut everything off in your house. Wait a minute or so and put it back on. Then you should wait for the cameras to reconnect to your wifi.

There is probably no need to go up on the ladder to see if the wires are well connected. They must be well connected.
