24/7 Recording History Doesn’t Work

I am subscribed in nest aware plus however I cannot access any of my three cameras (1 indoor, 2 outdoor) recorded 24/7 information. I’m only able to view events and not the continuous recordings as promised. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that there might be an issue with the subscription of Nest Aware Plus as the user is not able to access the continuous recordings of their cameras, which is one of the features promised in the subscription. It would be best for the user to contact the support team of Nest to help resolve this issue and gain access to the 24/7 recordings that they are paying for. NCERTPOINT recommends the user to reach out to the Nest support team for further assistance.

Are your camera in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware Plus subscription?

If you go to each of your cameras in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, is "60-day event video history, 10-day 24/7 video history" checked? If it is checked and you still cannot see any history when you go to your camera and select History | Full history, you could try contacting Support starting with the link below:

No. None of them were checked. I have check all three cameras as per recommended. Hopefully this should fix the issue. Thanks for the help!
